1. My order says it was shipped but the tracking hasn't updated, why?
When packing and shipping orders, I have to print your shipping label out first, which sends you a notification that the order has been "shipped" but that just means that I have created the tracking and am prepping it to be dropped off at the post office. Once I drop it off, the post will update your tracking to say "in transit"
2. How long do items take to ship?
I try my best to get orders shipped out within a week of purchase depending on the item order. Rugs and pre order items will vary
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes
4. Can I change my address on my order?
Yes if you contact me before I ship the order then I will change the address for you!
5. I made two orders, can you ship them together?
Yes send me an email letting me know and I will combine the orders for you!
6. What is your return policy?
I offer full refunds and return on all orders if the return is made within 30 days of receiving the purchase.
7. What is favorite anime?
My dogs name is Killua, does that answer your question?
